<span style=”color: #ffffff; font-size: 1.46em; line-height: 1.22em;”>Pavel is the 5th Generation of a family of coopers.</span>

Step 1

The oak is kiln dried, hand-cut with axes and sawn into lengths.

Step 4

Individual head plates are sunk into their croze, followed by hand-drilling the bung and spigot holes.

Step 2

Each stave and hoop is set in its place and riveted by hand.

Step 5

Each barrel is sanded and coated with a special sealing wax.

Step 3

The barrel is toasted over an open fire to infuse the colour, flavour and shape.

Step 6

The bung and spigots are coated with wax from Welsh bees then gently tapped into place to hold the precious cargo.
